ARWW Life Update and A Mission Close to My ❤️
2025 has not been sleepy. The California wild fires, multiple US-based aircraft disasters, Elon Musk still running Twitter (X), SpaceX, Tesla, and now multitasking to perform a financial audit of the United States government. A lot.
It’s been a busy and exciting time for me too, and I wanted to take a moment to share what I’ve been working on. If you’ve been following along, you know I’ve been pouring my heart into Focus Family First—my coaching business that helps high-achievers navigate divorce and major life transitions without losing themselves in the process.
Divorce is one of those things no one expects/wants to experience, yet so many, including executives and those friends that seem to have it all together, have experienced it. It happens to the best of us, and it’s natural to feel completely overwhelmed when “never” happens. And let’s be real—it’s not just about signing legal papers. It’s about figuring out how to co-parent effectively, keep your career on track, and communicate without turning every conversation into a battleground. That’s where my work comes in.
What I’ve Been Up To
Through Focus Family First, I’ve been working with clients who want to approach divorce strategically, not just emotionally. They’re smart, successful, and determined to handle this transition in a way that protects their kids, their future, and their peace of mind. My new program, “Divorce Like a CEO” addresses these topics, and more.
Here’s how I help them do that:
✔️ Communication Coaching: Divorce often brings out the worst in communication, but with my background in corporate communications, I teach my clients how to communicate clearly, calmly, and strategically—whether it’s with their ex, their lawyer, or their boss.
✔️ Child-First Parenting Plans: One of the biggest stressors in divorce? Figuring out how to co-parent. I help my clients create a parenting plan that works in real life, not just on paper.
✔️ Career & Financial Stability: Divorce shouldn’t mean putting your career (or financial future) on hold. I work with clients to stay focused, advocate for themselves, and make smart financial decisions throughout the process.
Why This Work Matters
One of the things I love most about this work is helping my clients move from a place of uncertainty to one of clarity and control. Divorce is a significant transition, but it doesn’t have to derail your life. With the right strategy, it can be an opportunity to redefine your future on your terms—stronger, more confident, and fully prepared for what’s next.
I also know that divorce can get expensive fast, especially when people lean on their lawyers for more than just legal advice. Part of my job is making sure my clients are using their legal and financial resources wisely, so they’re not paying hourly rates just to process emotions or get clarity on decisions they can make in advance.
What’s Next
As Focus Family First continues to grow, I’m expanding how I support my clients—whether through one-on-one coaching, specialized programs, or new resources (stay tuned!). My goal is to provide high-achievers with the strategy, structure, and support they need to navigate this transition without sacrificing their career, their financial future, or their peace of mind.
Divorce is a complex process, but it doesn’t have to be chaotic. With the right approach, it can be a turning point—a chance to build a future that aligns with your values and goals.
If you or someone in your network is navigating divorce and wants to do it with clarity, confidence, and control, let’s connect. Your next chapter starts now.

Ashleigh
